INCAZZATO

Incazzato showcases a very bitter personality extremely gentian forward.

Gentian is a root known, aside for its exceptional bitterness, for its appetite stimulating properties, making it a widely used ingredient in aperitifs.

Incazzato in Italian means pissed off. Which describes perfectly this aperitif. Bitter and angry, high alcohol content, very low sugar. Makes spectacularly dry spritzes, complex negronies and boulevardiers.
